I pre-ordered it in the UK (amazon), 36 euro to sweden with Airmail

I wanted to order in UK too, but UK has the same Release date like whole europe :
its 18 of April, I dont want to wait till then.

Well, Jörg Neumann is a german, but I dont know if he has influence on the german version.
And at least its an unwritten law, that the original version is always better than
a translated version.

Anyone knows a reliable US company which ships to The Netherlands? It´s a win-win situation for me. I´ll get FL earlier and it´ll cost me less when I buy it here because of the current valuta rate.

Are you serious.. Do developers actually translate games in France, Germany etc. to the native language???

The don't do that in Denmark.. And often they don't even translate manuals etc.. And thats just fine with me...

Is there such a thing like a reliable US company ?

Anyway, here in The Netherlands you always get the game with original (english) speech, so I don't have to order a US version for only that purpose. I could buy a US version because it would (if everything goes well with the shipping that is) arrive earlier than it would be released here. But frankly, I can wait a tad longer and just buy it in the store

I actually imagined that TLR would sell it on-site and harvest some financial support, but I can see that it would probably bring lots of trouble too..

I guess it depends of the population of the country whether the game is translated in other languages.
If you have translated it in german you can sell it in germany, austria and some parts of switzerland.
Some users like having the games in their language.
Its the same with movies. Matrix is much better in english than in german, so its the same with Lords of the rings.

And I think my connection isn't good enough for setting up a server.

Oh! I´m setting up a server, will have 10Mbit in my new apartment! (no I didn´t move because of the connection)
1Gb DDR and Raid0 disks, hope this will be enough for a major galaxy!

But the ultimate killer will be me!! 5.1 surround and a projected screen for 80" I will be able to hear and see you everywhere! Wohahaha <---- just went crazy
