Hi!

I would like to know what is recommended speed of my internet connection for my FL to run smoothly (33, 56, 128, ...)?

As always, a Cable connection is going to get you the best multiplayer playing experiance. Seeing as Freelancer isn't a MMORPG, I expect 56K will be suitable.

Cable or dsl should give you great gameplay. I guess that 56k will work aswell but sometimes you'll lag like hell and that's not very good...

Depends on what you want. To play MP you'll want cable or DSL. Otherwise this game is mainly single player.

I have not received feedback from anyone using 56k for the multiplayer so I cant say whether or not Freelancer will run well on it, but I do suspect that it should do fine. Like those guys said, best is to go with broadband.
