There are like around 70 "hidden" things to find, like deserted space-ships and similar...
Jumpholes also can be quite difficult to find.
I'll start thinking on how to build the following:
Help us map out the universe
a.) Commodity pricing and availability
b.) Equipment availability and pricing
c.) Ship stats and availability
d.) Jumpholes
c.) Systems
d.) Special Sights
e.) Bonus items
f.) Easter Eggs
Refer:
a)
Price commodities at every "trading post" available, including non-standard of course. List lowest and Highest profit returns for every commodity between two points (trade run).
These could be on TLR, perhaps an app to return requested returns based on "bases/commodities" entered.
Generate a version in Excel for players to download and have as a reference (I'm sure we've all seen these before
Missions for players could be 1) finding the most profitable runs 2) most profitable runs of more than one run ie. base-base-base
In Priv 2, I had three trade runs where I simply picked up more supplies without selling anything, until I got to my final destination... MONEY
b) & c)
Standard tables and database as is already started. Players report anything new, to update, correct, etc...
d) - f)
Obviously we'd start with everything under the sun being reported, eventually however... hints will suggest somethings out there, but no ones found it... missions can be generated... either a group of individuals, first-to-find, or one mission for one individual.
Mission briefings require the player to supply full description and directions on how to find the object in question, which can then be used for all to find, and can be searchable as always online
Obviously there is more described at the beginning of this topic
