I'm pretty sure it's the Bretonian Gunship.

From what I can see, there is a Britonian Gunboat and Cavalier LF, a Reinland Cruiser, the Hammerhead and a Liberty Defender in the foreground.
The Reinland Cruiser appears to be engaged in hostilities with a swarm of ships around it already. (well, that's the CD cover right out of the box)

Thanks for the replies, but I don't think it's a bretonia gunboat. It looks like it has a face, and its skin is in the genre of Order ships. If you have the flap-box version, you can open it and see the same ship on the inside bottom, I think. They might have changed it to a bretonia gunboat, but why would bretonia be shooting at bounty hunters? they are friends. The cruiser in the background is from the story beginning, so maybe the ships in the foreground are from a cut part of the story?

and i see what you mean, i also have the flip box..and its right next to the part talking about the ships you can buy..maby it was a cut ship?

What abut the one beside his elbow?
Not the little one flying up to the Rheinland Cruiser but the big nose. It is not a Patriot, Defender, or Anubis so what is it? It maybe something close to the Defender but it is shaped different.

When you happen to be in game some time, take a closer look at the Defender from the turret view at about the same angle you see that one on the box.
It's actually a Defender.

Yeah, I think that's what it is. It's just a funny angle.
