Does anyone know on what planet or base, I can buy a tractor beam from, I bought a new ship and cannot find a tractor beam to go with it?

Hey.
If you're playing Freelancer without mods (Vanilla)..
Don't worry about it. They're included with your ship when you buy it. You just don't see it...but it's there.

and if you're playing discovery, get an i.d. it does exactly the same thing
