please help

please help my freelancer keeps crashing in the same place every time i try to play it. the time it crashes is when i go through the jump gate from new berlin to frankfurt on the mission when you speak to the guys on new berlin and they send you off to find a man inthe frankfurt system.

is this a known problem or is my disc damadged or is somthing wrong with my game
please help thanks

Something is wrong with your game.

As to what, i have no clue. Try reinstalling.

1:Check for scraches, if none go to 2: if there are go to 3:

2: Re-install, if doesnt work, go to 4

3: Buy a new game

4: Uninstall and install SDK, if doesnt work, go to 5:

5: I dunno, your pretty stuffed............

Turn off 3D sound.

now THAT would be a grand idea

I also reccomend the Quickfix patch, which turns 3D sound off for you.
