You can change the game so all jumpholes and gates are open.

I have already done that, and the jump holes to omicron major/minor don't appear on the map. And the alien jumpgate is still locked. I havent tried to go to alaska yet, because of all of the mines. Oh yeah, where is the place where the artifact did that thing. Also is there a mod in existence that adds to that hypergate thing that was heard about in the storyline.

The Jumpholes/Gates between the final story mission systems don't appear, and they won't- they don't exist. Those three systems are three unique entities which are not accessible through any point placed in the playable game. Notice that the transition from the New York System to the Nomad version of Omicron Beta takes place while youa re docked- the game switches systems on you while you aren't looking.

Unfortunately, that means those final systems are available only if someone mods in a jump hole/gate to them. Several mods have done this, and some even mod in partol paths for ships in those systems (in SP, every ship that appears in any of those three systems is scripted).

Where can i obtain this mod then? and how do i get through the alien jumpgate
