Rheinland Valkyr

Hey there people,
well i bought freelancer on wednesday after trying the demo and i already palyed through the story mode etc.

Anyway i have finally been able to purchase a Rheinland Valkyr a ship that isn't the ebst one out there but a ship i still have admired since the moment i have seen it because of the looks, strenght etc.

Now i have money and i have the Valkyr all i need now is the perfect equipment for it as i intend to stick with this ship till i can get the titan maybe and i need your help to decide which the best weapons and shields are and where to get them as right now i am thinking about going pure rheinlander equipment.

please reply i would appreciate it, thanks

Here is a setup that is pretty good

Class 8 weapons
1xAdv Debilitator >Civilian
2xKraken Type 1>Outcasts or 2xSkyblast A >GMG
Class 7 weapons
2xSunblast B >GMG
Turret of your choice

i just bought weapons so i now have the best shields in rheinland i think that you get from piznostation, 3x stealthblade mkII and 2x ramescure mkII and they right now are working preetty good for me..pwetty green lights too lol

Whenever i have the Valk i always try to put as much firepower on the hostiles as possible, so i have

2 Gendaitio Laser Cannons
2 Casssago Laser cannons
1 Catapult missile launcer
Razor mines
Wasp Laucher
any turret

one problem i have a weapon list infront of me and can't see that cassago weapon anywhere (the list is alphabetical)

There is no listing of this wep in the vanilla version of the game.

However, it maybe a typo and he means - Vassago fc_lr_gun01_mark05 sold at Li01_12_base -Buffalo Base in the New York system

The Valkyrie is actually a fine ship. I was very surprised at how good it is when I got around to trying it. Of course, it can't compete with the big level 10 trio: Sabre, Eagle, Titan. But it can eat up anything smaller than those.

Yes I was impressed by the valkyrie to, because it is one of the first ships you'll encounter in the game, and the first time I had to fight against them it was not that easy for me.
But the valkyrie is a very good fighter I agree

ah yes, the good ol reliable Valkarie...how i love that ship. in my opinion, it should be the best ship
