Combining Open SP Mods

Hi all, I would like to combine some open SP mods that have in addition to the systems that come in the game already, some new systems, factions ships, etc.
say like combining Evolutions & Crossfire, I'm trying to put as many new systems, ships, Factions, etc. as the game can hold without crashing.
Is it possible with FLMM, How do you think it would work?

mmm, you'd need to make an entirely new mod because of the huge amount of conflicts it would produce.

Oh, I'm not a mod maker I just wanted to combine some mods that had other systems and factions in them, so it would be a big problem to do that?

Combaining Evo-mod with Crossfire mod? if it is possible, it is THE BEST IDEA IN GOD'S PURE EARTH

Again, because of ship, equipment, and commodity selling locations; conflicting base names, system names, modifications, amoung a huge assortment of other conflicts, not to mention version number and a huge freaking boatload of conflicting IDS names and infos, no, it would not be pretty. If someone gets permission from both the maker of Crossfire and Evolutions 1.30, somebody, possibly me, could combine them. But we'd need permission first...

Well....I think that would be a luvly idea, I wish you could get permission...LOL!

Would someone know what to look for if two of the D/L's can go together, are all of them to be played one at a time?

Thanks for the reply.
