I''m looking for a mod...

...only I forget its name. It lets the player choose his starting location and cash, and I think ship, too. Can anyone suggest which one I'm looking for?

Edit: it also eliminates story play (obviously).

Never mind... just found it. I swear it wasn't advertised on the front page last time I looked, honest!

A search for "open singleplayer" (without the quotes) will yield a whole list of mods, many of which are appropriate (for instance Chips', Xerx's, FuBi's...).

Is there a simple Mod that only removes the level requirements for the various ships and equipment for SP, kinda like Rebalance but without all the tweaking.
