Nomad Encounter mod?

Ok ive searched and ive searched and i cant seem to find it..
Im looking for a mod that has nomad encounters in it
in all systems
ive seen it but dont remember where and now i want it
sorry if this is the wrong spot to post this i figured it fit best here
