how do I make a map for freelancer?

Beside hand drawing, I haven't heard of a program for that.There are seveal maps, and nicely done available in the download section.

Complete Nav Map Which is a mod. There are others for printout as well.

Finalday I have the program to makes maps for FL but I do not know how to save it? if you know anyone who makes maps please let me know. thanks
