Adv Sentinel Shield

I'm looking for an Advanced Sentinel Heavy Fighter Shield for my Barracuda. Does anyone have a list of what commodities are available at what bases? If not, can you just point me in the right direction please?
By the way, what happened to the SEARCH function. I was going to look for this info in an existing topic, but couldn't find the Search window. Has it been removed?

Thanks Nighthound. I see there's also one at Bonn Station in New Berlin, but Hokkaido may be closer.
