starting stuff edits

hey there guys, im looking for a flmod that changes all the starting stuff.
ive had it b4, but windows + internet = format.
it did a lot ie: starting pos, alignment, ships and im looking for it again, neeone know! oh i know i DL'd it here too!

help!
