well, just last night i was curious and checked out the official site and it hasnt been updated for a while, and usually when asite goes dormant, the company has lost intrest in the game, or atleast hs focused on other things. besides we all know how MS LOVES THIER CUSTOMERS

That sites been dormant since day one. What concerns me is they never really patched the game, other then some MP fixes. Looks like MS really doesn't care to much about FL.

One thing we do know is that Digital Anvil is alive and well and living in Austin, TX. One thing we don't know is what they're working on regarding any Freelancer sequels or addons, they're simply not talking. Freelancer sold very well, so it wouldn't surprise me if DA got the go ahead to create more on the Starlancer-Freelancer lineup. Remember, Freelancer is based on Starlancer 800 years into the future. And Chris Roberts not being there means nothing. Jorg Neumann and Phil Wattenbarger (forgive misspellings guys) were the driving force behind Freelancer. It was Chris's concept, but the game was created by over 50 people at Digital Anvil after Chris left. I have a feeling (and absolutely no knowledge) that something regarding furthering the SL-FL storyline is happening, but again, the silence is deafening. Also remember too that a game of this level takes years to produce. If we get news, and the ok from DA to print it, we'll do so. Till then, enjoy the mods.

HoHoHo, I have not had time to read this yet and I do not know if someone has said something about this yet. But do you think you could cut down on the offensive language a bit? I am willing to let this go but I am asking you, please edit the GD(I think you know what i'm talking about). Because it just offends some people. Please and Thank you.
