Hello there, I used to be a big freelancer fan when I first bought the game. It was tottaly exciting at first and then it got boring after flying the titan, eagle, and the sabre. And the multiplayer I lost interest because there was no Clan system(where players can form up as a group name instead of Numbers). But the single player was a lot of fun while it lasted.

I wish the Lancer series would of continue even longer.

Especially when I had a dream of Freelancer online where you controlled your ship using a joystick instead of a mouse in first person. No auto-aiming, ship flight is like starlancer using newton phsyics, you could pitch, yaw, and roll, and there was some latheral thrusters too. It was all pure player skills and there was some tachyon the frindge clans and JG players that migrated over there as well.

Now as for the first time I heard of freelancer, I thought this game would beat Tachyon the Frindge when I looked at the screenshots. But then again I was very disappointed when they took out the joystick controls + elite style radar in the later stages.

Anyways, has there been at least one client patch for freelancer(I tottaly forgot)?? I wish they added the ability for players to roll in the game.
