Multiplayer story mode?

Hi everyone, hope this hasn't been asked before, I can't find any record of it. Just wondered if anyone knows of any mods etc that would allow two players to play story mode together via LAN or online?

There aren't any mods that allow that, no. Those kind of capabilities would have to be hard-coded, so they're a big no-go.
