I'm sure i've seen his name in the credits as well. I don't believe it is THE christopher lee. He has a rather recognisable voice. Unles of course he was one of the plebs or something.

Considering John Rhys-Davies (Indiana Jones) did Tobias, it wouldn't surprise me if Christopher Lee had some parts.

i beleive the person who plays sulu (don't remember the name) acts out Hakera's voice, it sure sounds like it atleast.about christopher lee??? dunno lemme think here....few minutes later, ummmm dunno.
