Why does everyone want the Anubis anyway?

lots of people seem to want the Osiris so they can buy the Anubis. Why? It's not a very good ship. off the top of my head, Banshee, Valkrie, Falcon, Hammerhead, Centurion, Eagle, Sabre and Titan are all better. Why does everyone want the Anubis???

It allows you to cash out some much needed equity at the later points of the game. Once you're on the osiris, you have no further sources of income, and for those of us who didn't spend our time wisely by trading, we need the 20,000 or so you get from trading in a Crusader (or whatever) for an Annubis. --- VH16

If nothing else, I like how it looks. I have to admit though there are other craft I would rather fly in combat.

i liked the 6 lvl 6 guns and the forward fireing turrent i'd say its better than stuff like banshees with the right weps and thta its CHEAP

A-nudeis? LMAO OTFL anyway, I thot it was the best ship in the game, until I went to a site that told me about the Titan, which isnt as good as it seems. The Anubis looks good tho

Because it's one of the two VHF's (the other being the titan) that has a centered thruster.

Have not tried but think the VAlk should hold up quite well through end with right combination of bang-bang. Starting with a pair of Firekiss Mk II.

It is hard to fly with turkeys when you soar with eagles.
