Looking for highend stuff.

I finished the game a while back ago and I'm now gathering all the neat stuff like weapons etc. But I cant find the Lv 10 Heavy fighter shield with the Champion name on it with 11k+ shield. I've found the Light fighter Champion shield but not the HF one. Can someone help me find it please?
