1) Zoners-- total neutrality
2) Blood Dragons-- Honourable faction
3) Junkers-- Almost total neutarlity and i can have many business contracts!

Laughable factions:

1) Xenos--really anti social faction
2) Gaians-- what a ******* cause to fight

The Corsairs, or the Outcasts. Because they freeking rock, but scince I cant use them, I would have to say, ether the Liberty Rouges, or the Blood Dragons.

GMG. Best weapons, the Falcons and Eagles are good ships and the scenery in the Sigma systems is very nice.

Or the IMG for much the same reasons (exceot the weapons, but hey it's a challenge!)

Faction's I'd join:

Blood Dragons- I support their cause. The Kusari government is incredibly corrupt. There are also many sympathizers within the Kusari population, and they are secretly supported by the GMG and Kishiro.

Gas Mining Guild- If they merge with Kishiro like one NPC says, they'll become the largest corporation in all of Sirius. Also, their "Blast" series of guns is extremely powerful, and they get Eagles to compare with the Outcasts' Sabres and the Corsairs' Titans. I can also honestly say "we kicked Rheinland's ass"!

Zoners- Total nuetrality, and I get to visit the most exotic corners of Sirius(Tau-37 anyone?) as well as meet exotic people.

Pitiful and laughable factions:

Xenos- I believe I don't need to explain.

Any faction that's made up of people who lost economically to a larger corporation or were fired out of their job and now hate the world and just want to shoot everybody. These pitiful, whining excuses for pirates include:
Lane Hackers
Farmers' Alliance
Red Hessians
Unioners
LWB
And maybe a few more I forgot to mention.

Gaians- Hippies...IN SPACE!!! Yes, I'm sure giving money to the corporations which run the shipyards that make your flying pieces of junk is very good to the environment.

Hogosha- I like to call them "Asian Xenos", "Samura's Dogs", or "Target Practice"

In all seriousness though... I don't know. I figure I'd start with the Zoners, live on Freeport 9 for a while, poke and prod around Sirius trading, then probably sign up for the Liberty military and serve on a Battleship or cruiser squadron. Make some money, maybe do some Bounty Hunting.

Freelancer, you can't beat no contracts. And I would do jobs for the Zoners first, then I get access to the ealge
