can''t unzip

I downloaded Mancercargo-01-02.zip, and everytime I try to unzip windows says it needs flmodmanager.exe to open files with.

I have looked hard, visited lots of sites on Lancers Reactor, used there serch engine too, but no results.

Can anyone help?

Down load FLMM and install, then click on the mod again, should then install
