The Game engine is pretty much a hands off area. To create a new engine would take a couple of years to create. Not worth the trouble. This has been discussed before and proven unlikely to happen. Sorry

Hey, MegaMan, lay off him, not like he's trying to piss us off or something.

Well, the last time I read anything about a new 3D engine was when I was reading a PCG review for Far Cry. Kryoengine or something, I can't remember exactly what the name was.

Freelancers is very good already and we can't do any large or impressive modifications to the game engine without the source code.

To create an engine from scratch, would take a computer programer ore rather several and a lot of time and money.
