Well, I thought I had a good scam going in picking up H-fuel for a song and then running it out to Mactan. Looooooong trip only to get my butt shot out from under be trying to figure out why they won't let me land. I'm bringing them something they need after all dang it. Is there a way to know which bases are hostile prior to making the trip? I can see my popularity ratings buy not which faction controls which base. Also, where do I find the appropriate party to bribe for a better rep with the Lane Hackers?
