Lightning gun

Eey i wander if there is a lightning gun there is a flametrower butt it's range is lame. so i thought a lightning gun can reach a range of 2000 so if there is one please tell me where to find it and if there isn't could somebody create it. I'm going to help creating things soon but now it's to busy.

hah yeah I'm sure but the idea i took from another game yes well there is a mod with a phoenix flamtrower but it has only 150 range and it has flames comming out of the weapon so if somebody creates one whit electric shocks comming out of it it will be the best..... example.....

range : 2000
shield damage :200
hull damage : 200
regeneration rate : 200.0 (depend on what the max. is)
energy uses : 100

there you got the info now all you need is the animation.....
that couldn't be that hard somebody did it with flames so electric must work too
