eey is there also a planet that sells more then 3 ships cause i only see planets that sell 3 and if I use mods whit ships at Manhatten i can't use another because it's full can that be fixed..

Nope - max 3 ships per ANY base. Game limitation

You can of course, substitue the ship you want to use for another one.

Very Very sad but only 3 ships are allowed. Ofcoure that we maby be able to change it. Ask in the editing forum.
