shield but no ship

i have noticed that there is a lv10 frieghter shield but no lv10 capable frieghter.
whats with that?

would like to know, if anyone has an answer tell me.

how can he use the ship if it's not in the game?

It wasn't included due to balance issues probabily.
Also note - the paralyzer ammo yuo can pick up, and is for sale too - which has no launcher....
There is no light fighter that can mount the light fighter shields 8,9,10
You cannot buy the Champion HF fighter shield, although NPC's use it.

All mistakes or were removed for reasons of balance probabily.
