why a can''t make any mission in sp ???

a completed fabular side of the game and a was counting on missions in sp but at evry station in bar i read '' no missions at this time come back later '' is this becaus missions are only in multiplayer or a must do something to get a mission
and in evry larger planet and station a got green status

That's odd. Usually when you can't get a mission because you're not levelled up enough it says "missions here are only for experienced pilots". Try every station you can in the Sirius system and raise your levels. (get more $$$)

Umm....give us some background.
What level are you?
What stations have you tried?
How much cash do you have?

Do you have any mods installed?
Have you had any other problems with the game?
Is you computer up to par to play the game?

I think some of the code has been removed or edited.
Try reinstalling the game or try a complete new version install where you erase everything related to it then try.
If that dont work then you possibly have a faulty CD or computer, (In other words return it)
