Is it possible to land on Gaia Ever?

Is it possible to land on Gaia Ever? It says a passport. Labeled as restricted. Not blocked.

No it isn't. Its protected by cambridge research institiute

and theres no mod that i've ever seen which allows people to visit it neither and this is a spoiler as well

You can crash into Gaia. It's a one way trip though.
