Im not sure if this go's in the editing area or here or spoilers

People have been saying on servers "Lets persuade the admin to change a bases faction"
Like territory claiming in Ioncross Total War but i had my own server and didnt know how to do it im probably gonna get a reply saying "Go to the deafult.ini fiiles ETC"

Anyway if this should go in editing please move it or tell me and ill put it there
