How do pictures come up

This was a bit mind boggling becuse i made a pic but dont know how to attach it the website said use copy and paste but that dont work wat should i do to get pics put up behind me like below this message ill put some dots where id want it.

You can't upload images to this forum. The only images you can display are ones that are already hosted on some other site. If you click in the Forum Codes button, it'll tell you how to use the [img tag

Do a web search on imiage hosting. There are some that are free. If you want to host some for TLR, find Chips thread, sereral, on sizes as too big boggs things down.
