I received an email from [email protected] with an attachment which contained a virus.

Just a spoof that has been going around for a while. Just delete it.

Happens a lot, I've even gotten a few myself. That's the problem with publicly displaying your address. Every tom, dick and harry will use it to distribute thier virus so they can continue living the fantasy that they actually have a life.
