Do u know where i can get a lvl 10 champ sheild from ???

If you run a simple forum search, you'll find numerous topics asking the same question and getting the same answer. Remember the search function next time.

Anyway, the answer is that you can't buy it anywhere in an unmodded game, evem though the programming is all there. That's just the way it is
