about a year ago i bought freelancer, played it for 2 days, beat it, and was like damn, that was cool while it lasted. yesterday i decied i felt like being a space pirate and installed freelancer again. while checking for patches i came across this site and saw all these mod, this is awesome.

what are the most popular mods i should download, there are so many?

There are several good ones. Evolutions 1.27, Hostile Universe, Firstlight Mod, and Tie Univers, which adds a Star destoryer in place of a battle ship. Many are good, try a lot and se what you like best.

puppet, take a stroll through the giant Freelancer MOD areas and see which things are there. thats probably where the best and brightest (at least the vocal ones anyway) of the LancersReactor community is, you will enjoy almost everything. welcom aboard
