Unknown Systems-What''s the use?

Ever gone to the Monkey Planet?? Or The Robot one? or even the empty system where nomads patrol NOTHING! lol Why the hell does this system exist? they're very funny (monkey planet...lol) is there a way to make missions for the monkey people??

But yeah I kinda get the feeling the game was yanked off development by someone higher up looking at those planets. May be the developers vented their frustration by creating monkeys and robots who's supposed to describe their management (the monkeys)? and the robots were supposed to be them... devs.
