Why not have a system with all the best sights from all the other systems and more where you could get on a cruise ship and cruise around

I don't think Orbital Spa and Cruise would be in business very long, considering the risks getting to and from their resorts !!

You'd have at least a 10% chance of being reuced to your constituant atoms every time you went on holiday !
