Star Trek total conversion?

Is there a Star Trek (preferably TNG or DS9 era) total conversion for Freelancer somewhere? I've found downloads on this site that add ships, but I've seen nothing about a total conversion.

Check here, but I'm not sure on how actively they're working on this.
