voice chat for FL

hi

I remmember posts about programs for FL voice chat.
(it could be regular voice chat but works fine when activating FL)


I wonder if anyone could tell me which programs are the best and give website for downloading and instructions.

I do not remmeber exactly what it was but any suggestions would be helpful.
