Any way to enter Zone 21 and the Alaska system?

This question was probably posted here in the past, but I just wanna know if there's anyway to go to Zone 21 and the Alaska system anytime I want and not only through the story line. Is there anyway to enter the jump gate to Alaska, cause everytime I try it tells me "Access Denied", or maybe there is a hidden jump hole somewhere who can take me to Alaska.

You cant get in unless either you mod or you use the server opp to decode your info and move you.
