Put the links in your sig, that's ok. Just don't post new topics wich are completely dedicated to the link you're posting unless maybe it's linking to somewhere else on this site. Otherwise it's concidered advertising and therefore illegal. Simple site policy

if you mean is it ok to link your website to this site, I think it would be courteous to write a little email to Bargib (the site owner) to check that its ok first.
