sounds like they already been looted

So if someone gets there first then its already gone??

The wrecks will respawn if you go far enough away and then come back.

Scan the wreck to see if it has goodies to loot.

Use only one gun to shoot the wrecks and the loot will drop and then you can tractor in what you want.

I thought the server had to be rebooted before loot was restored?

Has that changed with all the modding?

@sodrak yes the server has to be rebooted before the guns on the wrecks are reset. I set up a LAN server on my PC with just me playing, and ive looted all, well the ones i could be arsed to go to lol, the wrecks twice or even three times now. You have to reset the server to get them again.

@babyface uk you'll have to message the owner of the server and ask them to reset it. but dont worry you wont be reset yourself.

Sounds like they have been looted or the wreak just never had any loot (in some places).
