What happens if you Decline an SP mission?

I guess you have no choice but to take Juni's first mission, otherwise you have no ship and can go nowhere. But if you take the ship and do the first mission then hit DECLINE when you get the next one, what happens? Is this a way of not having to go through all the other missions? Anyone tried this?

I have. Nothing really happens. You just have more time to get cash and such. But eventualy it forces you to accept the mission.

I agree with RILMS, I spent the best part of a weekend trying to avoid Juni but in the end its inevitable, so you might as well not waste any time and just get them out of the way...

Well I've already been through the missions but my other half has become hooked too, and she was having problems with some of the tougher missions and I was wondering if there there was a way to tell Juni, "I'm busy, find some other mug to help save humanity". But she's just finished #11 so only 2 left to go then she's a free agent. And she has more cash and a better ship with better weapons than I did at the same point, so it shouldn't be too tough...

Or you could use one of the no singleplayer mods out there, tottly skip the stroyline. I've already beaten the game twice so when I play it that is usully what I do...

same here, the storyline get's annoying when you play it, after completing it once

I just find Bready Boy annoying. That voice for the annoucer and bready himself... NO THE PRICE OF SPORTSMAN SHIP IS ME LAUNCHING THIS LOAD OF PLASMA SHIELD STRIPPERS AND LARGE MISSLES UP YOUR EXHAUST!!

Agreed... I don't think I'd want to go through all the missions again. Which leads me to another question - is it easy to transfer your saved SP game files to another machine? Mrs. FlameCurse is going to be wanting a better machine soon and she won't be wanting to start again from scratch.
