Fun star wars fact....

It was considered a "low budget" movie and was not expected to do well. lol!

...and then Lucas went on to make some high-budget prequels, and they sucked.

I will aid them when I can...if they give me a percentage of the salvage from whatever they frag along the way. RILMS, I wont dignify that remark with a response, apart from this one, which should not be seen as dignifying in anyway to your previos response that I wont dignify.

prob'ly if the civvy ships did NOT have weaps they'd be constantly harrasing the navy(especially large companies)
eg
GMG:We lost 6 convoys in honshu recently,where is this so called navy???
Navy:uh,yah....why dont you just put guns on your ships?
GMG:we'll do that.Complain and die!
Navy:uhhh....ok

Post Sun Nov 09, 2003 3:13 pm

@KrAzY ScOuT, they have better weaps then the navy...

navy=weak
gmg=stronger

it's not right... so gmg had to be the navy, and the navy the faction his way...

this way it's unbalanced... how can a faction have better weaps then a navy only factions who works for the navy and made the weaps... so not gmg, but agiera may have better weaps, co'z they made also weaps for liberty navy, but they don't have them...

only the civilian faction with civilian weaps don't have better weaps then the navy and the most cops...

If u c some1 in a dagger make fireballs from hunters it can be me

Well the biggest problem is that Liberty and Bretonia have no high-level fighter or weapons. If they had some level 8 weapons and a level 8 HF that could mount them, then they would be more of a force to be reckoned with gamewise.

I agree with ljuin when he said:

There are quite a few problems with the game, like how NPCs never use shield batteries or nanobots, yet you can still loot these from them. I think what was said earlier about the high seas best explains it.

But surely it'd be easier to have an EMP like on the Matrix to disable enemy ships(you seen revolutions yet, its amazing lol, a lil off topic). Because the hovercrafts of the Matrix are civilian ships in a sense, so surely they have some defenses, so why not in FL?

I think that civilian heavy fighters do sound like an oxymoron, as Papa_MegaMan so eloquently put it. And why the hell do factions like the GMG (civilian), Orbital Spa and Cruise (Civilian), Bowex (Civilian) and the IMG (Civilian again) have patrols? The GMG patrol the clouds in Sigma-19, Orbital Spa in Cortez and Stuttgart, Bowex in Tau-23 near their gate construction site base, and the IMG in Dublin. It is a mixed up Sirius sector, but its still a great game !
