Mines a Ripper?

I have been flying a while, have a Titan, Level 10 weapons comming out of my advanced thruster, and can't find where to buy a better mine than the Screamer nor the launcher for a Paralyzer missile. HELP!

Bein an Outcast is about doin things you wanna do: Kill, Terrorise, Murder, Destroy, Smoke Cardamine, ya know, normal stuff.....

Ahh... so the first time I have used a forum looks like being the last too. Any useful hints on either topic welcome. Meanwhile I will try elsewhere.
