Keep getting disconnected

Im trying to DL the FL Rebalance mod 2.01 and i keep getting disconnected. About 4 times now, is this normal or do i need to have a special Dl manager to download from TLR?

Is there any mirror FTPs for the FL Rebalance Mod 2.01?

use a download manager gozilla, download accelerator etc
it seems to be the easiest solution to this problem for most people

Figured as much...tried using flashget and Winxp resets (BSOD). Looking for a more reliable DL manager preferably without ad ware as i write this. Anyways thks alot.
