pilot class upgrade

Hallo....... i've finished all 13een storyline missions and i can't reach "pilot class" level 25; i've more than 1,600,000,.00 credit on my personal stat

i've more than 1,600,000.00 credit on my personal stat and next class upgrade REQUIRE "a mission".... but wich one???? most of the factions are neutral to me, only a few are my enemy. there are no more storyline missions i can do, i tried several "bar missions" and nothing happens... i tried mining, trading.... NOTHING!!!!!!! urgh..... Someone can help meeeeeee? thanks and forgive my englishhhhhhhhh

Im not entirely sure how it goes away but when it happened to me it went away after some trading.

It's a bug. I just did any mission available and the message went away.
