"Unknown Objects" in Omega 5

While in the debris field in Omega 5 that has a couple of dozen wrecked ships in it, I found two things that said "unknown object". I went, checked 'em out, shot 'em, and I still have no idea what they are.

Ah yes I remember!
This I belive is the Hessains/Corsair battleground right?
Well those "Unknown Objects" are just ship wrecks with no useful equpment and they dont explode after being shot at like some do.
Probably just lazy/overworked designers who forgot to put a proper title on them so the game gives them that intriging "Unknown" name.
Intresting at first but after that genrally annoying.
I belive there is a patch in the downloads section that puts names on all these objects that should have them...
Better go Im begining to get ahead of my self....

Me:Ok One last chance to surrender!
Enemy:WHAT! We outnumber you 6 to 1!
Me: Maybe I could drop some weapons to make it easier for you!

That seems to apply to about 90%-95% of the ships I found there... they yielded nothing, mostly.

that's because it's my home and I've nicked most of the good stuff...

At one of the bases you get told the "rumour" that most of the wrecks in the system have been picked over, but a few may still contain weapons. As I recall, it isn't many ... I think I found 3 or 4 worth salvaging and then quit looking.

p.s. For some reasons, a number of jump holes in different systems are also "unknown objects" -- even after you've jumped through them. Just some of the oddities of FL.

Did you ever catch a Liberty Dreadnaught punching through the system?
I were on travel checking out the area, kinda zapped some bases on the way as well

Dang, how'd you fit a Dreadnought through those mine fields? I can barely do it with a regular ship.

He used LOTS of nanobots!!!
