There is a mod available wich lets you change the looks of your favourite freelancer into a female, but the game will still think it's a guy.

Right, you can't change the avatar, not believably anyway. I can see why they didn't make it possible in SP, but why not MP? Oh well.

You can play around with the bodies and heads to make the main charcter female.
Though the lip synching for the speech doesnt work, and Trent will end up looking like a transvestite with lockjaw.

Its very disconcerting to watch. I had to go look at some porn just to remove the sight from my mind....

Just my $0.02, but it could just be the cardamine talking.

Why would you want a woman, most of the game is spent in flight where you can't see the character anyway (Unless you go in turrent mode and look behind, but even then Trent's wearing a mask.) I also think Juni's pretty hot. My favorite part of the game is before the first mission and you get the Starflier from her. When she walks away, with her hips and all...

Well, anyway, it would be good if you could hitch a girl in Freelancer. Mabye some editing genius will take pity on us and make a mod where you can pull a girl. But, thats probally wishful thinking... Hey, prehaps you could buy her a ship and she could be your wingman. That'd be pretty cool, but distressing if she died... Useful backup though, especially if you've got a slow freighter...
