Unknown Object in Tau-37

There seams to be an unknown object in one of the suns in Tau-37, is this a bug in the game becasue there obviously does not seam to be a way to identify it.

Its a 'protoplanet'. I believe it was put there in order to allow the rings to be put around the stars.
