I go to Nomad land and kill Nomads, and I tractor in their guns.

Is there a way to mount those guns on my ship?

Nomad weapons are Class 10 and must be mounted on Class 10 hardpoints, but yes, just ‘un-mount’ your current Class 10 weps, (at the equipment dealer), and mount the new ones.

just in case you dont already know mounting and unmounting is done by clicking the "jigsaw piece" at the left of the weapon in your list
